Puremxs is good for boosting your download numbers when you actually have a good piece of work to release though. My Troy Lee Honda skin got about 1000 downloads in a couple of weeks when I released it not long ago on there. Every so often you can find some quality pieces of work on there that dont get posted on the forum.

The mods of the site really need to check it every day to remove 80% of the shit that gets posted there. Maybe all uploads should be approved first before they appear on the site? The site doesnt seem to like big files either which is annoying as hell when your upload keeps failing and the rating system sucks too although there's not really much you can do about that.

The amount of stuff that is ripped and put pure, plus the amount of shit that is on there, its probably a good thing it went down. Moderators can't spend hours a day deleting every goony thing that gets put on there.

Now every noob about to post a goon track will flood these forums with crap and possible MXSP ect. ect.
