I changed my settings to someones online and there horrible. How do I change them back? i dont remember my old settings. Thanks
Or i could use settings for a intermediate rider.

For adv. stability if you just change the main stability setting it will reset almost everything, I dont think that will be a problem. For suspension every setting is 50.
Just FYI when you are riding and like your setup or decide to try out a new one just save it. Hit "T" then type "/writesetup "your setup name here"" and it will save it. Then to load a different one type "/readsetup "whatever the name is"" and it will reload your old setup.
There are a lot of setups in the "Your Setup" thread, try some out and see what you like. If you are not able to ride a couple laps at a time without falling I wouldnt worry about adv. stability yet because you will probably lower your stability some and then have to redo all the changes you made, for suspension it really depends on SX vs. MX stiffer for SX and softer for MX.
