better graphics?

Those shots aren't using the stock bike/rider models. Don't turn the graphics settings all the way up. Use the high detail settings instead.

What are your computer specs? Saying you have graphics all the way up wont help much. Also the bike's and tracks that come with the game are from way back so if you have not downloaded new models and bike skins and tracks from this forum that could be your problem to. More details and people can help you better.
