A little forwards - backwards motion will do it, i do it without even noticing these days.

Maybe, you're hitting a few weird kicked jump faces?

The control needs to be renamed from lean back to pull back. Think about it in real life. If you sit on the back of your seat limp noodle off a jump you're not going to have a good time. You need to think of it as a pull back control and time your pulling at the top of the jump. Also make sure you have pleanty of gear to pull you off the face of the jump. If you are ridig the rev limiter off the face of a jump you're not going to have a good time.

Raise your Shock Rebound (This will slow it down) Rebound is how fast your suspensions springs back into place, because its a dampening in the game, the higher the setting, the slower it will act.

If you are front diving, try throttling on the face of the jump , and a bit in the air. Lean backwards in the face of a jump may help, too

i ride the limiter on the faces of jumps all the time...its just something you get used to and learn to deal with. back off just a hair near the top, and then goose it on take off and pull back. it depends on the situation. i wouldnt do it in real life probably but...i can make it work in game!

You back off, exactly what someone said to do to cure this. A lot of beginners just hold it pinned off jumps and don't get that whole throttle timing thing.

Love how homeboy said he fixed it himself with his setup and it wasn't his technique. Give me the setup, I won't have trouble with getting kicked over the bars, it's your technique bro.
