You can report internet abuse to the authorities (granted they probably wouldn't do much). Block them on Facebook and Ban them from the media page.

Dude I feel sorry for you but you just have to ignore him, that's bout it. I mean the obvious blocking him on all social media sites would be done but you just have to ignore him. All he wants is the attention and you are paying it to him by making thread and stuff like this for him.

Im a little confused here. You want JLV to IP ban him so that you dont post on the forums what he is saying to you on facebook, which you could totally block and report to begin with. You are giving him exactly what he wants. You are just as bad as him now IMO.
