Supercross setups

Hey guys, here I am again asking you another tips and help.
I'm new in mxs (about a month playing) and I really play for supercross, thats what I look forward to be good at, and I want your tips from yourselves, and please let a setup wich you find could help a begginer(please remember I'm begginer), so thats it, supercross setups and tips. Thankss!!!!

Oh thanks that's great, another thing, I've seen some videos on youtube and some people ride in higher gears all the time like 3 or above, it does help decrease my falls? Cause my biggest problem I guess is I fall too much in supercross

And you guys use the clutch a lot? I have to know everything, I might be doing something wrong that i dont know please heeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!!!

Here's a video with what I use in SX. I'm not the fastest, but I'm pretty solid, and this setup is super stable through flat corners and whoops. People seem to like it.
