Help please

I have been searching for about a week now and i cant find a few tracks.
It tells me that the 2013 lakewood track i have doesnt match but i got it off of RaceFactory.
and i cant find washougal 2011.

someone also told me that there is a budds creek track download that doesnt lag as much but i cant find that either. if anyone can help with any of these tracks it would be greatly appreciated.
