Online servers

Just wondering if there is anything we could do to get more ppl Off the stock track. I mean its pretty sad that most of the time , sx and mx serv are empty and the only online ppl are on the 00 serv. I find it quite boring and im wondering if there's anything we could do about this. Maybe a server with tracks that have a difficulty level between the stock and the mx serv. Make a track package for this server and i'm pretty sure it could be popular and fun. Looks like a good idea or am i totally off ?

People like the 00 server because its just for gooning and nothing is taken seriously
