Photoshop Elements

Hello everyone, I'm new to Photoshop and am still learning the process of editing gear. I opened the psd. file in Photoshop Elements and I added my name and number, along with different colored boots. But I couldn't export the file as a png. for some reason, and that's the only way I learned how to make my skins work. So did I miss something? After I was done with editing I hit file, went down to where it says import/export, and I could only import. So if you have any advise or tips for me that would be great. Thank you.

Under file. Select"save as" , select .png, name your file and save to your personal folder.
