Accelerate and lean back plus dumping the clutch then shifting should raise your tire really fast. For lowering your front end just hit the back brakes. If you're in the air don't lean forward to lower your front end, leaning back helps more but you need to know what you're doing.

Sitting down in the air will increase the effect of your gas gyro.

Yeah it works on brakes and even to help the gyro bring a scrub back. Sitting reduces the moment of inertia of you and the bike in the game, so all the inputs have more effect.

Yeah, same principle as when FMX guys tuck to do double backflips and stuff. Nate Adamsing stuff doesn't really work.
