MX Simulator In game lag

Hello, I have recently gotten Mx Simulator and once i setup everything, When i am riding i am having short lag spikes in my game. If anyone could help me get this resolved it would be great. Thanks

I have the same problem, these new nvidia drivers make mx simulator run like a slideshow and I have gtx680 sli!
