If you make a server can you make a 24/7 server?

Well technically if you have the equipment for it any server can become 24/7 so, yes.

That is not the 24/7 equipment I was talking about at all. You're going to want this one on a dedicated PC or if you want to run it on your PC then set it up and never turn it off. There is also the renting option were you can go to a gaming server and they rent out some space to you to run it.
