Obel Raceway trouble?

Obel Raceway trouble?

Ok I searched around trying to figure this out but I couldn't find anything(I'm a sucky searcher) so..

When I ride at Obel there's like these wierd squares that come and go and move around it's really wierd and I like the track I just can't see half the time and I run into things lol.Here's some Screenshots:

Anybody know what's wrong?Or is this SOMEHOW suppose to happen???

Just turn your lens flare setting to "no".
