advanced scrubs and whips help pls
I have been playing for a while and I am getting (so i thought) good at whipping a lot of jumps. Well i was watching a demo with Dj Deihl in it and every jump was a friggin sweet whip. My question is when you go off the face how do you litterally scrub, I saw him actually turning the bars down then mid air flipin it back up. Another thing he did was when he whipped it wasn't just a whip. He started normal then swung the back end around like bubba I guess you could say. I can get that demo posted tomorrow if any one wants to see what i mean exactly. I just need to no what exactly he is doing with the controls to get those movements. My bars always turn up in the air never down.

You can get a good 'snap' in your whip if you lean back just as you're coming off the lip with your bike leaned over. About 1/3 or 1/2 way in the air, lean forward. The weight transfer of the rider should snap the back end of the bike around pretty good. This is the technique I use at least, but I don't ever claim to be that great at whipping or scrubbing.

yea yea yea I know this stuff. I did mention above I am not a noob asking how to whip like the good guys... I can whip but I want to know how exactly he is getting them to form like that. Really what I need to know now is how do you literally scrub with bars down!
Thanks for this btw I will try it.

ya he gets pretty fancy. i kno he locks his rear break up quite a bit in the air and it gets it kicked out. i cant do that technique though sicne i have my rear and front brake mapped to the same button. when i try to do it, it gets all goofy on me. i should quit being a rook and map my brakes to different buttons.

probably not.... if anything i should learn to do the brakes with the anti-lock off. thats how dj takes out all those people in those videos lol. it appears he is locking up the backwheel anyway. idk

hover your mouse over Stability and press Shift and 8 at the same time.
Yea tyskorn I would have guessed that, but if you have tried it youll notice the bike tends to sorta switch to the side you turn. Unless theres a technique to do that.
