It can get quite confusing but it's pretty simple if you use Hamachi.

Download the server file thingy. It's pinned to the top of this thread. Then download Hamachi LogMeIn, I think unmanaged. The free one. It's pretty simple from there, all the instructions for the server args are in the folder.
