How do you tackle braking bumps?

Post by beany118118 »

the hardest part of MX season is the braking bumps how do you tackle them? I have been trying pressing the lean back button every bump which works a bit but I was just wondering if there was another, better way? :D :D

You need to have a solid suspension setup

Dont hold the throttle? Only use the throttle when you need to. But like Goran said you need a good setup

just use the rear brake when braking in them.(make shure you have both front and rear brakes on separate controls). also soften up everything in your suspension. make everything for forks and shock 20 but leave rebound at 50. im no pro, but this worked for me :D

I stay in a higher gear, 3-5 when coming into a corner on 450 keeps the back end a lot more stable.
