full game - track editor

i have read on one of these topics that if you buy full game youre have the editor to?

but i have buy the full game but i dont have the editor

if you have a shortcut to the game on your descktop right click go to properties under the short cut tab put --editor after what is typed in the target feild you neede 2 spaces between --editor and what is typed in there

then when in game on a track hit the Tab button 2 times and you should be in editor
