Slow down as you approach rut.
Get in rut.
Turn with rut.
Power out of rut.
Leave rut in dust.

Enter whoops straight up and down.
Go first gear pinned through whoops.
Pull back if you get huckabucks in whoops.
Exit whoops.
Leave whoops in dust.

Works 90% of the time.

1st gear is for 450s and two 50's if you ride 125s hit pinned in 2nd just before the whoops let off then hit hard. works 91% of the time

for ruts have a good entry try to be leaning over before you hit the rut almost to falling point once in the rut obviously it will hold you and allow you to lean over further during the rut (depends what rut but majority) i sit down and lean forward at the same time i find it stabilizes a little better and reduces the front wheel washing also if you hit your bars you have better control to save it.

Whoops 1st gear majority of the time easiest way to learn is to coming out of corners make sure you're straight with the whoops if you start kicking out a little have your rear brake set to normal when it starts kicking out hold your rear brakes on and it compresses the rear shock reducing the bounce and straightens you out, also works if you have a early and sharp corner straight after a set of whoops so you don't have to be hesitant hold the rear brakes and accelerate at the same time. I also keep taping lean back as quick as i possibly can, or just for each edge hit really.. You will soon learn how it re acts. Hope this helps some one.
