Tips for cornering faster!

I been trying to play mx simulator for about a couple months and ive noticed people keep passing me on the turns and im just slow through them, im using a button for gas and thought maybe it was because i wasnt useing a analog stick but i found out that people r doing the same thing but with the triggers on the controlers, and can someone tell me wat sit-dab and do i use that on turns and wat does it do? but pls give me as much tips as possible for turning , everything else im getting down great! thanks!

Put your gas on a trigger or analog stick. That's the first thing to do. It'll help you get on the gas at a steady pace. And yes you should use sit/dab. Sitting is obvious, but dab is when you stick your foot out in the turn. It'll make you a lot faster with that.

To get faster after you master that, tinker with your advanced stability setup and it should help you a lot.

For a ps3 controler, the trigger doesnt control the speed of the gas, it just goes full throttle, do i need something that i can control the gas without it just pinning it like a button?

Yes ds3 tool, just select xbox 360 controller and your trigger will roll.

Oh, i didnt know you had a PS3. I'd use an analog stick then. That would be the best thing if you didn't want to buy an xbox 360 controller

Meaning you can controll the gas instead of having it on or off.
