Downloading Skins and tracks corrupted rar files?

Hey so I just picked up the game and have been stoked to get playing, but most of the skins and tracks that I want come up as an error that says "corrupted archives" or "unexpected end of archive" when I try to unpack them. I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. I'm using winrar to unpack them and using the normal download links. I can only seem to get about 10% of the stuff I want.

Your downloads are getting cut short. I don't think Mediafire lets you resume a download so all you can do is redownload until you get the whole file.
