This part of your sentence scares me, for your wallets sake lets hope thats just an inaccurate statement or the best Intel process known to man.

Do this.
Click start<Search "dxdiag" and hit enter
A new window will pop up with your system information
What I need you to do is screenshot the first two tabs, System and Display.

How to take a screen shot, if you don't know.
Start<All Programs<Accessories<Snipping Tool
Clicking "New" you can either select Free-Form snip to create your own box or select Window Snip to take a shot of the dxdiag box, just make sure it is not minimized and you can select it.
Once you've done that a new window will pop up and save the images
Then upload to a hosting website wuch as www.photobucket.com or www.imgur.com
Post the link to the pictures here in this topic so we know exactly what you have and how to help.

Everytime you post something stupid, a baby gets punched in the face. Please be smart, for the children.
