It would be better if we knew your current specs rather then just knowing its a dell. Also none of those cards are going to get a you real solid performance in game.

I'd recommend a GTX650/750. Those are about the lowest you could go to actually see some form of performance boost for the money you spend. What type of Power supply do you have in terms of wattage, what form factor is you PC, what is your budget, and what do you currently have?
