MX Sim problems

MX Sim problems
Ok, so i have to get a new dc jack and charger and the dude ran malware and virus stuff and it go rid of my game data for sim. when i went to re install it, it would get to the select the file location and it wouldnt let me go any further. i unistalled the malware program and spybot and it still didnt work. Can anyone help me???

You need to use the full installer, not the 1.9 update installer.
