Looking for a team

hi, i would like to have a team, first, im 14 years, i ride kawasaki 450 in game, im not the worst of the worst, im an normal rider, i can go pretty fast, but im still feeling like i crash little bit too often, not in every race, but some races could go better, im from finland, if theres any finnish team, i want in, ive ridden this game like 2 years now, bought full version later and made account here. i would like to have a team wheres people not taking this game so fucking serious, so if i crash they are kicking me right away, and if im not finishing 1st they kick me out, like i said, im not worst of the worst, but also not best of the best. I got skype mitroc1 so we could talk about joining, im not kinda good at english, and im not good at speaking it. so in first place we could talk in the message section. i ride in elsinore(?) 01 or whats that server where is stock tracks and noob riders? so if u want to look at my riding, come there and check out. i still need more practise at corners cause they are just slowing me, the most of my crashes is at corners. i know this is pretty messy post but i think all teams who really needs riders can read this all.
