Mediafire down?

Post by John23 »

Is mediafire taking a REALLY long time to download stuff today?

I am using chrome, and to download something that should take a min. is taking 2 hours. I went to Puremxs, and downloaded Black Mesa, and it took 40 sec.

Mediafire's recommended DL time is 1:33. It's taking 2 hours.

Is mediafire taking a long time for anyone else today?

This is so stupid

It's taking a long time again.

According to speedtest, my internet speed is:
Ping: 26ms
Download: 15.14
Upload: 1.94

I am downloading jason_pama's Kawasaki pack (91.3MB), and the predicted DL time is 6mins. It's taking 30 mins.

Can anyone help me out? I've tried re-installing chrome, downloading it on FireFox, and it all takes a long time.

Its probably on their end, there is nothing you can do to your computer to make their connection good.

It's been downloading at a max of 15 kb/s for the past months for me. Dropbox works fine.
