***JLV 03 Server issue***

Having issues on elsinore.mxsimulator.com:19803

-Is happening to multiple people.
-People connect and get an error message saying "key server not responding"

I'm sure that there is a problem at elsinore, where the servers are. JLV will probably send a ticket and ask what's up as soon as he's seeing this.

all the server's use jlv's key server, as it validates each key that is online. It's happened before, and jlv will most likely have it fixed in a couple hours
