Setup help (noob question )

so every month or so my game stuffs up on me and asks for my game key,
and also resets my bike and graphics setup,
i know how to read and write setups.
but is there a way i can see a list of all my setups as i forget what i call them after a month.
its just really annying to set it up again after i get comfy

please help <3

Setups get saved in: C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\MX Simulator\demos
