My Mx sim will not download

Can someone please tell me why my mx sim will not download. I download open the wizard to set it up and then click on a file to download it to but i cant download bc the "save" button i have to click will not let me click it. So can somone please respond to this asap

also for somereason i can only use the demo the demo works completly fine and yes i have bought an account

right from the download full game version I had to reset my pc and it wont let me download it

You mean the save button in your email program? If your email program doesn't let you download directly from links, try download.bmtmicro.com and use the product ID and download password from the BMT Micro email.
