Rough Track Setups?
looking for some good setups or just tips for rough tracks! In breaking bumps, I always get sideways and crash and I have tried everything but don't know what to do about it... so if any of you have a good suspension setup that is great for breaking bumps PLEASE post it here. Or if you just have some tips for breaking bumps and rough tracks just post it here... IM BEGGING YOU!!!

Check out Start Your System's video's on setups and stuff
It's most likely your rebound is to fast so every time your rear hits one breaking bump it comes out so fat that it bucks you everywhere
Or your Compression is to hard and your front or and rear just hits it and bounces right off of it (or deflects off of it)
But your Compression and Rebound would half to be pretty bad so it's probably just rider (after I watched Start Your Systems videos on breaking bumps I was 10 times better)

It could also be spring tension(or hardness) in the rear and front.. It can be so many thingsso it can get confusing but its 10% bike and 90% rider you will never have perfect bike setups

Re: Rough Track Setups?
hey, thanks sooo much for that... I watched the videos and it helped a lot, I turned my rebound up a little more and used the techniques kellen said in the vid and now breaking bumps are so much smoother when I go through them, thanks sooo much! I think I was leaning back too much when I was going through them too so it made me get out of control.
