First off,
Hail all !
Okay now on to the problem for me =]
I've had MXS for a good while now, never had problems, but I "upgraded" to Win 10, and ever since, [even on a new and currently running clean install], my XbOne controller only lets me assign a Trigger once, to say Throttle, and then I cannot assign it again, nor can I assign the other trigger.
I used to have Right Trigger as Throttle, and Left Trigger as Rear Brake. I can now only assign a single trigger once, and then I can no longer assign that same Trigger, or the opposing (same axis) Trigger.
Am I the only one after the Win 10 release ?

Make sure the drivers are up to date.
In the mean time you can use a program like xpadder to Ry you by until until its fixed.
