Registration key

Can someone please help me because I got new snapshot then went into game and went on single player and I couldn't do anything because when I pressed the button it came up with registration key in the game

You will need to go into your email from BMT Micro Orders, and in the email there will be a "Registration Key" that has a bunch of letters and numbers that you will need too enter that key to be able to play the game.
