Acess to Suspension and Gears

Hello. I just purchased the full version last night and been playing with the demo for the past week. I noticed that I don't have the menu available to make setup changes in the full version, but in the demo, the button is there but it naturally tells you that you need the full to work with the setup. Is it something I'm missing?
