You put the norm and png over your gear and save it. Make sure you line them both up evenly.

I tried to do what you said but my gear is grey. It does this when I try to put my name on the back too.

Learn how to save gear before you learn how to put bibs on.

It's like learning how to use the oven before you start baking things
