Replace mx.exe or mxbin with one of the above files. I'd keep a backup of the originals since these aren't well tested.

It's "server,gate 4". But the only server that understands that right now is running on 19802.

The gate selection isn't actually a "selection". Rather, you are selecting which gate you "prefer". The game does its best to place you as close to your preference as possible.

Another thing to note, if there are only 20 gates, you should only select a number 1-20. If you select over 20, it will place you in the row behind the starting line.
