Looking for Training/Setup Help for SX

So I've had MXsim for a while now and want to start trying to race the SX races. Not necessarily looking for a "team" right now, although would be gladly accepted, but more looking for a team to "train" with and learn from. I feel like I am kinda at a stand still and feel like playing with others who can give me some tips and pointers will help me progress more. Also, I feel like I'm at a point where bike setup could start playing more of a roll and wouldn't mind advice or help on that. If there is any team or individual out there that would want to try to help it would be greatly appreciated!!
