reformat pc ?

first off thank you for a great game. just download full version and im pulling my hair out trying to do a decent lap on any trk but that makes it interesting trying to set bike up. i used to race every week in tournys on mcm2< its been so long i forgot name lol. my question is: if reformat my pc alot and i downloaded full game is my cd key good for good or do i need a new key everytime on install?
