Shaders show weird colors

My shaders are detected, i have the latest update, but my shaders dont work. they are detected but they show weird colors. please help me fix this

Wow, never seen anything like that before. Give your grpahics drivers an update, see how that goes

What are you using to render your graphics (if it's a laptop, what are it's specs, if it's a desktop, what's the graphics card)?
