How i put FPS on the game?

How can i put FPS to show in game?

when the game loads up, press ESC Then press T (or what ever button it is to open up your in game chat) then type /togglefps

Idk what i do but my fps are stocked on 58 and normally i have 250 where can i go for back at 250 ty

Turn off V-Sync

Also this game can only go to 125 fps max and I believe only uses 1 core. Correct me if im wrong
