vote to set track always says vote already in progress even when no one called any vote! I found this on 19800 might be on others as well!

Thanks for the tip. Looks like it hung up on an old vote for some reason.

I see it now. When the vote times out it's not closing it if there wasn't a majority for either yes or no. I'll fix it tomorrow.

Something came up yesterday. It should be fixed now with the vote failing if there is no majority either way.
