MX simulator will not load tracks, help pls

Sorry to be a pain but i cant seem to find a solution to my problem. I used to be able to play MX simulator fine but all of a sudden i can open mx simulator now but when i pick a track and then click start it goes to the loading screen but wont load any tracks and good ol vista says it wont respond, i think ive checked the video drivers and my computer says there up to date. I have a Dell inspiron 1525 running windows vista home basic with a mobile intel(R)965 express chipset Family display adapter, anyone had problems like this or can help??

restored my computer back to the state it was in 3 days ago when i was able to play the
game and re-downloaded it but same problem freezes at loading screen

From the windows start menu, try opening All Programs / MX Simulator / MX Simulator Personal Folder and then deleting or renaming the file named "config".

Thanks jlv, will try it if it happens again but i got
frustrated and restored my laptop to all factory specs
and then redownloaded and it works again.
