Formatting Demos for video editor...

I'm trying to format my renamed demo from .mxdemo to somthing that i can email, then use my imac "imovie" editor to make a video for youtube. Can anyone give me a step by step, or lead me in the right direction to find some tutorials. I'd really appriciate it. ive got big ideas and alot of experience with video editing.

.mxdemo can only be opened using MX Simulator.

You need to use either JLV's AVI Recorder or 3rd Party software like Fraps or GameCam to record the playback of the demo.


I just noticed that GameCam is free. Has it always been like that?
