Changing bike skins for default multiplayer bikes.

So I have seen this done and must not be able to put together the proper terminology for this. What I want to do is change when someone isnt on a skin that I have downloaded for it to default to another predetermined skin. Basically if someone is riding a custom 2018 Yamaha can I have it default to a Yamaha skin that I make? I'm trying to improve the overall look of the game for me and would like to get rid of the ugly stock model and riders. Thanks to who ever can point me in the right direction!
