how do i fix "out of virtual memory"?

On about half of my downloaded tracks aren't working. Every time I try to do a race on them, the game just closes and sends me to a screen saying "out of virtual memory". Please help me. Keep in mind that this only happens on half of my tracks.

Choose "Use Normal Settings" in the graphics menu and then restart the game. If that doesn't stop it, go down a step on "Model Texture Detail".
