Cant Get On Servers

Cant Get On Servers
Not really sure what im doing wrong or what is happening. I go to join a server and I get the message WSAECONNRESET in the top left corner. any help on what I can do to resolve is appreciated, thanks.

That's usually a software firewall blocking the game.
