He didn't.

The MXS community has to stop the hate towards MXB sometime. I've been part of both communities for a very long time, and I enjoy both games.

The core MXB community has always frowned upon ripping, the same as the MXS community has. However, that doesn't mean there are no rips at all. There's a minority in the MXB community that rips content from other games, just like that happens in every other game.

All the main MXB channels (official forum, discord and MXB-mods) don't allow any sort of stolen content. The community is trying their best to keep stolen content off these channels. The OEM pack, which these days is the must-have / go-to bike pack, doesn't contain any ripped content either.
