Yes. This fixes the slow terrain updates.
Same here, this 100% fixed my issue. I couldn't even get the stutters with reshade delay set to 1. Thanks for the quick fix.

I downloaded the updated version and I tried a few tracks and they all worked but my fps have dropped. I could comfortably run max fps on most tracks and now I can only get 30-40fps.

What GPU is this with? Did you have shaders enabled before?

AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, yes I have always run shaders copy with 'Normal' graphics settings.

AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics, yes I have always run shaders copy with 'Normal' graphics settings.
If you were running shaders/copy make sure you don't have the ground textures set over 256x256.

It locks up at this point right? Before you load a track, can you try "/reportstutter .0000000001" and then load the track and post it again? Hopefully that will narrow down where it's locking up.

Thanks for that. Could you do it one more time with "/reportstutter -1"? I think it might have missed a couple of messages because they squeezed by under the 1 millisecond timer resolution in Windows. I would have told you to use -1 in the first place but I didn't realize -1 worked. Sorry about that and thanks for your help!
