Does everything is fix in this snapshot?
Should I download it and play? Or will be new snapshot with fixing all problems etc?

Seems to be slower for some AMD graphics cards. If you test it just keep your old exe so you can go back if it doesn't work for you.

Somewhere I have a folder with snapshots going back to Nov. 2009!

Bumping this up again. I was pulling my hair out trying to figure out why 2012 Lakewood looked like I was missing a lot of decals, and through troubleshooting narrowed it down to this snapshot when the shader program settings were removed. That track used a modified shadingx2 file to get the rut effects on it, I do remember tracks that did that the erode would update the shading and would 'erase' the original colored modifications.

Is there any way with current versions of the game to display the shading how it originally was (with erode off), or are tracks that used that method just kind of left broken now?

That doesn't work anymore. It wouldn't be practical to keep supporting it.

Gotcha, I was thinking that'd be the case but was just curious. Thanks!
