OpenGL Post Processing

What are folks using for post processing effects in MXS? I thought I recall years ago having a software that allowed for effects similar to the filters available in the NVIDIA Game Filter.

If you could post settings too, I'd be much appreciative.

The main one is called Reshade. The old profiles posted on the forums a few years ago won't work, but they are a lot easier to use now without having to edit ini files.
