Downloaded Track Textures

So I'm a new player and just learned how to download mods. When I download tracks and extract it from WINRAR there are no textures. Everything is smooth and it looks terrible. Anything I am doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi!

It could be that you exctract it into a subfolder, so it ends up as:

Code: Select all

SomeTrack/SomeTrack/files
When the game looks for textures, the given path is

Code: Select all

SomeTrack/files
Which means the extra folder breaks this. To make it easy, put all folders or .saf files inside C:\Program Files (x86)\Mx Simulator\ and not some extra folder. I always use the "extraxt here" option, then move the folder :)
