How to stiffen and slow handlebar turning in the air

just want to adjust the advanced stability so the handlebars don't turn too much in air or when wheel is off the ground, I just don't know what to adjust

Try raising your steering damping. If it's too stiff on landings of jumps then go back a tick or two on your landing damping factor.
